Return Process

  Select the items you wish to return or exchange to receive a prepaid shipping label via email.

  Pack Your Cookware

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging or a sturdy box and attach the printed return label to the outside.

  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected, we will issue your refund or ship your exchange.
